I wish to learn how to fly as an eagle instead of being a caged bird

The conference was chaired by Mr. Wang Tao, Director of the Human Resources Administration Center. A detailed introduction was made on the company's current business background, strategic objectives, purpose, significance, training targets, projects, goals, training content, implementation time, assessment, incentives, and ultimate career development path of implementing the "Eagle Plan". Director Wang Tao shared his experience on the importance of grassroots management and career development planning with 20 reserve team leaders elected from nearly 300 employees.

At the mobilization meeting, Comrade Zou Tong, on behalf of the reserve squad leader of the Manufacturing Department, issued a "challenge letter" to the Quality Center from the aspects of learning, hardship, and motivation, and put forward the battle slogan: Who is the hero, who is the hero, compare academic performance! Comrade Kuang Tianfu, on behalf of the reserve squad leader of the Quality Center, challenged the Manufacturing Department by comparing ideas, quality, and execution. The slogans of "battle" from both sides were resounding and made everyone present boil with excitement.


Mr. Yuan Bin, the Director of the Manufacturing Department, has put forward hopes and requirements for the reserve team leader, who should be brave enough to move forward, forge ahead, set an example for the employees of the Manufacturing Department, and fight to build a skilled and proficient management team.

Mr. Long Yonggui, the Director of Quality Center, expressed his hope to the reserve team leader from the perspective of quality awareness and instilled the concept that quality is produced, not inspected. Reserve class leaders are required to possess both product quality awareness and cultivate the character of management cadres.

Mr. Yan Zhengbo, Executive Vice General Manager, made the following statement on the mobilization meeting for the reserve team leader's "Eagle Plan":
1. Focusing on the development of both the company and individuals, this article explains why the "Eagle Plan" needs to be implemented and executed, as well as the current development trends of the company and its significance for talent cultivation.
2. Implementing diversified and systematic talent cultivation, targeting different positions and skills, ultimately cultivating a management cadre who understands management, craftsmanship, and quality, as well as a more professional, standardized, and efficient management team.
3. Implement responsibility goals with a plan, organization, process, assessment, evaluation, and cycle. Regularly report the implementation process and results, and give responsibility, rights, and benefits to team leaders who pass the training and assessment, allowing them to fully demonstrate their self-worth in life.
